We recently stayed here with our kids and our dog, and it was great to find three indoor tennis courts available. The kids had a blast playing tennis while we enjoyed some downtime. The room was spacious with a proper bathroom and a good breakfast set us up for the day.
My kids wished there were more family activities available on-site.

Friendly vibes, but not super comfy
It felt a bit like being back in college. the room was hot and kinda messy, with someone's hair in the bathroom. The pillows were flat too. Breakfast was nice, though, and the staff were really friendly. Just hard to find and definitely wouldn’t want to stay here solo at night.

Keynes College in Canterbury provided a pleasant stay. The room featured a comfortable double bed with plenty of closet space. I appreciated the hot shower after a long day. The common kitchen facilities on each floor made it easy to prepare meals whenever I wanted. The staff were consistently friendly and eager to help. the breakfast left much to be desired. Limited choices were available, especially for the hot options. Sometimes, items ran out before I could get to them. Better variety in the breakfast menu would significantly enhance the experience. Despite the breakfast shortcomings, the location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby for quick access to Canterbury city center. Room temperature was warm. a fan would have improved comfort. Lots of positive aspects but definitely room for improvement.
